We undertake credit and references on all tenants prior to the signing of any agreements.

Drawing up the tenancy agreement

As a part of the service tenancy agreements are prepared to ensure legal compliancy and ensure all landlords requirements are met.

Tenant's deposit

A deposit is always taken from the tenant (usually equivalent to four or a maximum five weeks rent) and, as required by law this is deposited in one of the custodial schemes such as DPS or TDS.

Inventories

Our professional consultants undertake a full inventory and ensure it is recorded and signed for by both landlords and tenants. This ensures that the property and its contents are managed effectively by the tenants hence reducing long term investment by landlords. We offer a standard inventory service at no costs but we also offer an additional qualified inventory service.

Gas, Electrical and Furnishings Safety Certificates

There are strict regulations governing the safety of properties for rent and the requirements for regular safety certificates to be produced and issued. We work with qualified engineers to ensure peace of mind of both landlords and tenants.
