We are looking for someone who can lead the team and who is very driven and wants to further progress. The Hounslow branch is a busy office and being able to multitask is a must.
The system we use is ALTO

Ideal candidate should live close to the area – so they have general knowledge, be able to speak another language – as our clients speak Panjabi/Telgu/Hindi/Urdu. It is not necessary as long as they have other skills.
*Hours – Monday to Friday 0900am to 1800pm – work alternative Saturdays. 10am to 1600pm Bank holidays CLOSED
As a Lettings manager you will play a crucial role by ensuring instructions are completed, managing maintenance repairs in properties and securing new business opportunities, You will be conducting property matches, and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities include:
Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
Achieving personal and branch targets
Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally
Building strong relationships with local property owners.

Job Role – Credit controller – based in our Rickmansworth site – Move inn Supplies
Hours Monday to Friday – 8am to 4pm
£30k to £35k -depending on experience.
Ideally live within one hour distance A40/M4

Would be handy if candidate could speak Panjabi/Hindi – as most clients speak language , will help with getting payments
As a Credit Controller, your primary responsibility is to ensure that your company receives payment for goods or services it has provided to customers on credit. Here are some key tasks typically associated with the role:
Credit Assessment: Assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analyzing their financial statements, credit reports, and payment histories.
Credit Policy Development: Developing and implementing credit policies and procedures to minimize credit risk while maximizing sales and cash flow.
Invoicing: Issuing invoices to customers accurately and promptly, ensuring all necessary details are included.
Payment Monitoring: Monitoring customer accounts for overdue payments and following up with customers via phone, email, or letters to secure payment within agreed terms.
Dispute Resolution: Resolving any disputes or discrepancies regarding invoices or payments, collaborating with internal teams such as sales or customer service as needed.
Cash Flow Management: Managing the company’s cash flow by ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts and minimizing bad debt losses.
Reporting: Providing regular reports to management on the status of outstanding debts, collections efforts, and any credit-related issues.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers while still enforcing credit terms and policies.
Legal Action: Initiating legal proceedings or engaging with debt collection agencies when necessary to recover outstanding debts.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements in credit management and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, financial acumen, and a firm but diplomatic approach are essential for success in this role. Additionally, proficiency in using accounting software and familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards are often required.
